2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to receive tattoo services at Nimi Tattoo. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of your appointment. We comply with all Swiss laws regarding age requirements for tattoo services.

3. Appointments and Deposits

• All appointments require a consultation, either in-person or online
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment
• Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit

4. Health and Safety

Clients must:

• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during their appointment
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided by the artist
• Inform us immediately if any complications arise during the healing process

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, ill, or otherwise unfit to receive a tattoo.

5. Design and Artwork

• All custom designs remain the intellectual property of Nimi Tattoo
• Design revisions may be discussed during consultation
• We reserve the right to refuse any design that we deem inappropriate or offensive
• Final design approval is required before tattooing begins
• We do not copy other artists' work without proper permission

6. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is determined based on size, complexity, placement, and time required
• Final quotes will be provided during consultation
• Payment is due in full upon completion of the tattoo
• We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Prices are subject to change without notice

7. Touch-Ups and Corrections

We offer one complimentary touch-up session within 3 months of your initial tattoo, provided you have followed all aftercare instructions. Touch-ups required due to improper aftercare or lifestyle factors may incur additional charges.

8. Photography and Social Media

We may photograph your tattoo for portfolio and social media purposes. If you prefer your tattoo not to be photographed or shared, please inform your artist before your appointment. We respect your privacy and will honor your wishes.

9. Liability and Risks

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, tattooing carries inherent risks including:

• Allergic reactions to ink or aftercare products
• Infection if proper aftercare is not followed
• Scarring or keloid formation
• Color variations during healing

By receiving a tattoo at Nimi Tattoo, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all aftercare instructions.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and permanent nature of tattoo services, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any legitimate concerns.

11. Studio Conduct

To maintain a professional and comfortable environment:

• Please limit guests to one person unless otherwise arranged
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Respect our artists, staff, and other clients
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances on premises
• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone who is disruptive

12. Changes to Terms

Nimi Tattoo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
